Creating your Villioo account

Walk through sign up, email verification, and choosing your first plan.

Head to the Sign Up page and choose Continue with Google, Apple, or email + password. We'll send a verification link within a minute.

After verifying, you'll land on onboarding. The first three steps take under five minutes — name, role focus, and pronouns.

You can switch plans anytime in Settings → Billing. Starting free is fully supported.

Setting up your pronouns

How to display He/Him/His, She/Her/Hers, or They/Them/Theirs on your profile.

Open Settings → Profile and choose your pronouns from the dropdown. They appear on your community profile and circle posts.

You can change or hide pronouns anytime — your choice is reflected across the platform instantly.

Editing your headline and photo

Make your profile feel like you.

From your dashboard, click your avatar → Edit profile. Upload a square photo (under 5MB) and write a 1-line headline.

Deleting or pausing your account

Take a break — or close your account permanently.

Pause from Settings → Account → Pause. Your profile is hidden and notifications stop. Resume anytime.

To delete, choose Delete account. We permanently remove your data within 30 days, per our Privacy Policy.
